Mechanism
Amar Jacquard Mechanism is solid structure mechanism. All the material of Gears, Iron and Casting are well tested material. All bearings are made of well knows brands like NSK and URB.
Lubrication
Amar always tried to make machines user friendly. As you can see for lubriation do not need to open the machine enclosure. Technician can lubricate easily. We always use best brand to make sure that machine can give better and high efficiency, the machine is fully dust proof with high speed exhaust fan.
Plug & Play Option
No need of any special preparation for new machine. We have given plug and play option. Userjust need to insert this connector in jacquard machine and give single phase power to machine. It can easily make start all operation of jacquard machine.
For Main Power we use meanwell power supply. This is well known brand in market. We have two types power inputs (110V and 220V).
